Tycosa = Hidden Valley of The Winds  

Terraset: was the name of the continent or possibly the world/planet upon which these two lands and others like them existed.  

Tycosa: Tycosa meaning peace/tranquility/paradise was a hidden valley surrounded by the Sycala mountains it was almost always covered by a thin hazy cloud cover forever entrapped by the valley the clouds would provide cool temperatures and a relaxing setting although cloudy the sun moon and stars where still fairly visible in the night sky. The valley had a great forest, a few rivers, waterfalls, a large lake vast plains and a small city with a tower and an assortment of many different races.

Arconia: Arconia short for Araconis was the name given to the land outside the windy valley it was an expanding kingdom consisting mostly of humans and some mages they claimed to be the most powerful empire on the face of the planet they were always looking for new land to conquer and claim so the valley of Tycosa would be the ultimate prize.

Lands and Places of Tycosa:  

Mt. Tyfone: On the western edge of the valley is the great Mountain of Tyfone named for the fact that the winds are extremely dangerous in this region of the valley.

Mt. Calakos: Near the eastern edge of the valley surrounded by Forests this is a steep mountain nearby the Sycala mountain range it had many caverns and was once the lair of the dragons of Tycosa but now it remains deserted

The Lycona Forest: This is the only forest in Tycosa accounting for 48 percent of the valley it's where the Tycosians fled to and was also home to the elves.  It was easy to get lost in these forests and could take days to escape from. Near the center of the forest the river broke into a series of  waterfalls and these were the great falls of the lycona forest.

The Terresa river: The largest river of Tycosa fed by the great falls it's source comes from near Mt. Calakos.

The Sycala Mt.s: All the Mountains surrounding the valley of Tycosa are called the Sycala Mt.s They are always windy and very treacherous they Provide a natural defense from invaders from the land of Arconia outside of the Tycosian valley.

The Great Plains: The Valley was mostly forest but outside the forest was a vast land of plains which is where the tower and city were located.

The Kelona lake: The Water from the mountains and rivers of Tycosa all meet near the great plains and form a very large lake which was one of the major water sources for Tycosa.

The City of Cycanthra: The city of Cycanthra was a large city surrounding the tower. It was deserted and a small village was built bearing a similar name

The Grand Tower: The heart of Tycosa a large structure similar to that of a small skyscraper was built within the center of Tycosa it had six floors and was surrounded by an outer wall which separated the tower from the city. Within the outer wall was a courtyard and a garden a stream cut through the side and entered a small pond before exiting the courtyard. This is where the grand council once ruled the valley years later after it was abandoned Koragus Justra and a group of orphens rebuilt it and lived there.

The Races of Tycosa:

  Tycosa was a hidden paradise were the beastmen and others took refuge to avoid humans so of course there could have been many great races in that land.

The Dragon's: Dragon's were once one of the most abundant species on that world they migrated away from the Tycosa/Arconia region for reasons unknown not even the other dragons knew were they went yet a few clans remained the dragon's came in many color's and types some wise and noble beings others power hungry brutes all with wondrous capabilities.

The Elves: The elves wishing to live more akin to nature fled far from human establishments to the Lycona forest. The elves of Tycosa are human like except for the pointed ears and paler skin, They were all skilled archer's and good healers. They were peaceful beings reluctant to fight wars and lead by a group of high elders.

The Mystic's: A race of Incredibly strong wizards and warlocks they had unimaginable powers and lived to be hundred's of years old. Sadly in time their bloodline shortened and now very few pure mystics remain.

The Tycosian's: The word Tycosian referred to any being within the valley of Tycosa who was not human most of the beastmen live in this valley far from the outsiders, the people of this land came in all shapes and sizes they could be fox like people cat/tiger like people dog/werewolf like people and just about any other animal or reptile you could think of. although a diverse group they lacked numbers and organization and though they had a grand council to lead them from the tower they seldom obeyed there laws and lacked discipline.

Important people of Arconia - Tycosa:

Dyaltros Leader of the Graystrikes: Dyaltros leader of the Arconian army aka the Graystrike military he was gifted with great powers and was fearless he ordered the forging of the sword of Rabos for the purpose of killing dragons and absorbing magic.

The Sword of Rabo's: Not an important creature, it was a weopon but still interesting this was a special sword designed to slay dragons, it was a large two handed sword difficult to swing but deadly to it's target it was used to kill Koragus.

The Adventurer Graf: An Arconian adventurer he befriended the disguised Tyrakus and played a major role in showing Tyrak around the town and human life.

The great explorer Gerris: He was the leader of the Arconian expedition that discovered Tycosa he was amazed by the beauty of the valley and the peaceful tycosians. Upon returning to Arconia his king ordered his death he later escaped and fought to protect the tycosians.

General Dyaru: The most powerful member of the Tycosian military he was the elite he acted as prince Terado's bodyguard having been a childhood friend of King Wakaris.

Kartano Nightrider: Father of Koragus and one of the few remaining dragons in that region he is one of the most powerful dragons around he fears no-one and does as he pleases upon finding his mate slain he seeks revenge on anyone he can find.

The Demon Kyambas: A dark mystic he is an evil warlock who wants to conquer Tycosa for his own purposes but lacking the powers to do so himself he created an entrance into the valley for the arconians in the hopes they would wipe each other out.                  

The Dragon Rikara: She was a black dragon that lived near Tycosa she had many connections with Kartano and Koragus she was once one of the elite of a clan but she left, she was later slain outside the valley possibly by the Arconians.      

The Mystic Darkclad: One without a name, clad in darkness he was a wondering prophet and one of the last of mystic blood he must prevent Kyambas from succeeding. In times of hardship he confronted the Tycosians and gave them much needed advice.

Koragus Nivano Nightwind: When Kartano's lair collapsed all the eggs were crushed except for one that egg laid in a state of suspension until Justra found it. Koragus is much like his father in many ways but is still very young though arrogant and seemingly pure evil he did have another side which few people saw that is when he wasn't getting into trouble. He was often curious and would spend hours in the tower's library reading the ancient tomes.

Red Fox Kytax: A young but intelligent orphan this girl would spend hours within the Tower's library reading with Koragus becaus he could not read the tycosian language well, as amusing as it may seem Koragus and her became great friends and that is were Koragus spent most of his time when not hunting, Koragus's lair was in the treasury right across from the library.

Justra The Explorer:Descendent of the Infamous warrior black wolf Rykuda he had heard of the wars and stories of that period and he set forth on an expedition to find the grand tower and restore tycosa to it's former state He raised Koragus and the two set out to find the ruins. These events caused the Arconian war  to once again begin and though Justra died his dream survived and the Tycosians were united once more.
